This app provides a scared collection of gurbani kirtan and shabad Kirtan. We have brought handpicked compilation of Shabad Gurbani and Nitnem. The Nit-Nem bani's usually include the Panj bania (5 bani's below) which are read daily by baptised Sikhs in the morning between 3:00 am and 6:00 am (this period is considered as Amrit Vela or the Ambrosial Hours) and Rehras Sahib in the evening 6pm and Kirtan Sohila at night 9pm. It normally includes the Gurbani which is read daily by Sikhs in the morning, evening and at night. Nit-Nem "Daily Naam" is a collection of selected Sikh hymns that are designated to be read by the Sikhs every day at pre-fixed times. God`s Word mediated through the Gurus or Word on which the Gurus had put their seal. ![]() Gurbani is composed of two words: 'Gur' meaning 'the Sikh Guru's' and 'bani' meaning 'word'. ![]() Shabad Gurbani is the term used by Sikhs to refer to any compositions of the Sikh Gurus.
